Licences
SRTIP issues the following types of trade licenses for free zone businesses:
An industrial license is necessary for businesses engaged in activities such as the manufacture of machinery, transformation of natural materials, metals manufacturing, textiles, food and beverage, etc.
You can provide specialized services like consulting, investing, and banking, with a service license.
A trading license is issued for business activities involving import and export of goods locally within the UAE as well as across the border.

Workspace
SRTIP offers you ample options in the form of co-working spaces, private offices, and plots. Depending on your requirements, you may select the most suitable from the options available.
An office space option specifically designed for start-up businesses less than three years old.
Avail three desks with access to meeting rooms and facilities like free wi-fi and on-site parking.
Avail a 20-27sqm fully furnished office with four to six desks.
A fully furnished dedicated office with a floor area of 50-80 sqm. Under this option, you are eligible for allocation of more than 10 visas.
With this option, businesses can lease the open area space at SRTIP HQ at a modest charge of AED 800/sqm.
SRTIP offers plots for developing projects within the premises at competitive lease rates.
